Attorney MERL LEDFORD III received his AB Degree in 1974 from University of California Santa Barbara with majors in English and economics. He earned his JD degree in 1978 from University of California, Hastings College of the Law where he participated on law review and served as Program Coordinator of Hastings' Center for Trial and Appellate Advocacy. Mr. LEDFORD is admitted to practice before all California Courts and before the United States Tax Court. He appears in other jurisdictions in association with AV-rated counsel licensed to practice in the forum state.

Executive Assistant PEGGY FERNANDES holds an AB Degree in Fine Arts and a California Notary Commission. Her background of over thirty years in produce sales and agricultural finance provides practical approaches to agri-business planning and litigation. Her blend of practical experience with cutting-edge information technology skills and common sense provide our clients' with cost effective business solutions they can use.

Account Executive LYNN GRADY has over twenty years of entrepreneurial and accounting experience. She has tested to Admitted Agent status with the IRS and brings extensive tax compliance and business management depth to the office team.
